Chamet Agency Login: How to Access Your Chamet Agent Dashboard

Every registered Chamet agency gets access to the Chamet agent dashboard, the management system where you follow your hostesses and sub-agents, check salaries and track your commission. This guide shows you how to log in at agent.ichamet.com, what to do if you forget your password, and how to fix common login problems.

What is the Chamet agency login?

When your agency registration is approved, Chamet gives you access to its agency management system. According to the Chamet agency policy (2024), it helps you to:
  • Monitor your hostesses and sub-agents
  • Check their salaries and your own revenue and commission
  • Bind new hostesses or sub-agents under your agency
  • Manage your team independently, day to day
Your agency login is created when you register your agency. It is not the same as the account you use to chat in the Chamet app.

How to log in to the Chamet agent dashboard

  1. Open agent.ichamet.com in your browser (button below), on your phone or your computer.
  2. Enter the username and password of your agency account, then tap Login.
  3. Prefer your phone number? Tap Login via Phone Number and follow the steps on screen.
  4. Forgot your password? Tap Forget My Password on the login page and follow the instructions.
  5. Once logged in, you can see your hostesses, sub-agents, salaries and commission.

Chamet agency login problems and fixes

  • Wrong username or password: check the spelling and the keyboard language, then use Forget My Password.
  • No agency account yet: the dashboard only works after your agency registration. Your Chamet app account cannot log in here.
  • The page does not load: try another browser or switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. In its 2024 agency policy, Chamet also lists a second address for the same management system.
  • Still blocked: message us on WhatsApp. Chamet support works Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 17:30 (UTC+8).
Security: only log in on agent.ichamet.com and check the address before typing your password. Never share your password or verification codes: TalentZin will never ask for them.
