Chamet on iPhone: the official installation link

Chamet distributes its iPhone app through an official installation link (enterprise distribution). Once installed it works like a normal app, but the first time iOS asks you to confirm that you trust the developer.
Use only the official link on this page or the one sent by your agency. Do not install Chamet copies from unknown websites or links shared by strangers.

How to install Chamet on iPhone

  1. On your iPhone, open this page in Safari, then tap Download Chamet for iPhone.
  2. On the Chamet page, tap the install button, then confirm Install.
  3. Wait until the Chamet icon finishes loading on your home screen.
  4. Open Settings › General › VPN & Device Management (on older iOS versions: Profiles & Device Management).
  5. Under Enterprise App, tap the Chamet developer, then tap Trust and confirm.
  6. Open Chamet and sign in. New host? Message us on WhatsApp first. Agent? Follow our registration guide.

Chamet iPhone problems and fixes

  • “Untrusted Enterprise Developer”: follow steps 4 and 5 to trust the developer, then open Chamet again.
  • “Unable to install” or the download is stuck: check your Wi-Fi and free storage, then try again in Safari.
  • Chamet stops opening after working: Apple may have revoked the installation certificate. Delete the app and reinstall it with the latest link. If the link no longer works, message us on WhatsApp.
  • The link opens in another browser: copy it and paste it into Safari.
Security: this link installs the app only. It never asks for your Apple ID password. If a page asks you to install a configuration profile or to enter your Apple ID, stop and contact us.
